If you are utilizing these SEL lessons and do not have a SiLAS student roster, below are a few ways to obtain the information from the student sheet.

  • Print the student sheet as a PDF and upload it into your schools platform or means of communication
  • Copy and Paste the information in a format that works for you to obtain responses from students (for example: posting the questions on a discussion thread in your schools platform and allow for students to answer)
  • Take a screenshot of the page and send to students through your schools platform or other means of communication

Day 1

  • At the beginning of the story the character shared how they felt when they were getting angry.
  • Think about the signs your body gives you that you are getting angry.
  • During this time of remote learning there will be times you will get angry about doing your work or frustrated because you don't understand something. It is important to lay attention to the signs your body is giving you.

  • Think about the signs your body gives you that you are getting angry.
  • What parts of remote learning have been anger buttons for you?
